Reformed Pilates Central opened in 2014 and is nestled in the heart of Central Phoenix. This location recently underwent a full refresh to brighten up the space and allow for additional capacity.
Our neighbors include Starbucks, Bashas’ and the Phoenix-famous Pomeroy’s, so you can follow your Pilates workout with coffee, errands and happy hour. This location offers 15 Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformer Pilates machines and classes 7 days/week. Join us for full-body, low-impact workouts at the Valley’s best Pilates studio!
