Policies

What if your automatic renewal policy?

There are no contracts for auto renewal memberships. We do require 30 days written notice PRIOR TO YOUR AUTO-RENEWAL DATE to cancel. You must e-mail membership@reformedpilates.com to cancel. You CANNOT purchase and cancel on the same day. As a result, you are committing to at least two months, first and last, when you purchase an auto renewal membership.

How does the 8x/12x membership work?

Use or Lose: All of your 8/12 classes must be used prior to your next auto-renewal date. Classes that are unused cannot be carried over to the next month.

Additional Classes: Should you take more than your allowed classes in 30 days, you may purchase a prorated additional class for $15 in the online store. You may not pull classes from your next month.

Cancellations: Late Cancel window is 6 hours before the start of your scheduled class. If you late cancel or no-show, you will be charged a $10/$20 fee, respectively, and your class will be added back to your 8/12 visits for the month. We ask that you respect other members and cancel in a timely manner, if necessary. No exceptions.

Can I transfer or refund a membership/package?
All memberships and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can I cancel my class?

Late Cancel window is 6 hours before the start of your scheduled class. Late Cancel and No-Show fees for ALL memberships will bill at $15. If you are a package client you will forfeit one class credit. With 10 to 12 reformers per studio, space is limited. We ask that you respect other members and cancel in a timely manner, if necessary. No exceptions.

What is your waitlist policy?

If you are waitlist confirmed within 6 hours of class and cannot make it, we ask that you “Late Cancel” to open your spot to another client off the waitlist. Late canceling or no-showing after you have been wait-list confirmed within 6 hours of class will result in a fee.
