How should I prepare for class?

We recommend that you wear comfortable fitness attire. Knee length or longer work-out pants are preferable. Clients often bring water and a small gym towel. We do not rent or provide cycling shoes. If you are signed up for a cycle class please bring tennis shoes or cycling shoes (with SPD clips). We do require that you arrive at least 10 minutes in advance of your first class to allow enough time for the waiver as well as an explanation of the reformer and or cycle. Unfortunately if you show up late to class we will ask you to reschedule.

Can I show up late to class?

We ask that all clients show up on time to class! With growing wait lists, clients are often showing up to class with the hopes of getting a spot. If you are registered for a class but do not show up on time, you risk the possibility that your spot will be given away to a client off the wait list.

In addition, when clients show-up late to class and miss the warm-up it is unsafe! So, for all pilates classes we allow a five minute grace period. If you show up later than 5 minutes past the start time you will not be allowed in. For all cycling classes clients will not be allowed into the class once the door is shut. No exceptions.

How old do you have to be to take class?

Reformed Pilates does not allow anyone under the age of 16 to take class. 16 and 17 year old minors are allowed to take class with parent’s consent. A parent or legal guardian must sign the minor’s waiver in studio prior to the minor’s first class.

Reformed Pilates reserves the right to refuse service to anyone should we feel that our classes, instruction or environment are not a mutual fit.

How long are your classes?

EXPRESS Ride – 30 Minutes
Ride – 45 Minutes
Reform – 50 Minutes

Do you have different classes based on experience levels?

Reformed’s classes are for all ability levels. In pilates, we give different spring (or resistance) options as well as position modifications throughout the class so that you can self-adjust. However, if you have never been on a reformer before and are nervous about entering a class setting we offer all new clients the opportunity to take a private session for the discounted price of $50 (as opposed to the regular price of $75). Similarly, in cycle, we offer various gear (or resistance) and speed settings throughout the class so that you can also self-adjust.

How do I schedule a class?
We use an online scheduler that is simple and easy to use, just select the studio name you would like to schedule at here to book at all studios or here for The CORE Studio (Ahwatukee). Once you create your account you can purchase your 1st Class FREE, sign-up for classes as well as cancel if necessary online. Can I take a call in class?

We ask that clients please silence their cell phones during class. If there is an emergency and clients need to take a call or text message during class we ask that they step outside.

How many times per week do you recommend I attend class?

The number of classes attended per week varies by member based on his or her ability level and overall fitness goals. That being said, most members attend class 2-4 times per week. Members on our Monthly Unlimited Auto Renewal Memberhsip can take up to one Reform and one Ride per day.

What Is Your Automatic Renewal Policy?

The only memberships on automatic renewal are the following:
1 Month Unlimited on Auto Renewal
Unlimited Cycle on Auto Renewal
12 Classes in 30 days on Auto Renewal
8 Classes in 30 Days on Auto Renewal
There are no contracts for auto renewal memberships. That being said we do require 30 days notice PRIOR TO YOUR AUTO RENEWAL DATE (in e-mail) to cancel. You may e-mail us at: membership@reformedpilates.com. You CANNOT purchase and cancel on the same day. As a result, you are “in theory” committing to at least two months when you purchase an auto renewal membership. Clients who are on a freeze must complete a full month back prior to canceling. Meaning, they must a provide a 30-day cancellation notice. For questions please email us at membership@reformedpilates.com.

Do you allow for account freezes?

We allow clients on auto renewal memberships to freeze their membership once per year for up to 2 Weeks. Request to freeze is required in writing to membership@reformedpilates.com.

Is my membership package refundable or transferable?

Unfortunately all memberships and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

How do the 8x and 12x memberships work?

Use or Lose: All of your 8 or 12 classes must be used prior to your next auto renewal date. Classes that are unused cannot be carried over to the next month.

Additional Classes: Should you take more than your allowed classes in 30 days your CC will automatically be charged for will be charged $12.50. You may not pull classes from your next month.

Cancellations: If you late cancel or no-show, you will be charged a $15 fee and your class will be added back to your 8 or 12 visits for the month.

What is your cancellation policy?

Late Cancel window is 6 hours before the start of your scheduled class. Late Cancel and No Show fees for ALL memberships will bill at $15. With growing waitlists, we ask that you respect other members and cancel in a timely manner if necessary. No exceptions.

Do you have a Lost & Found?

Reformed is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen property. We do have a lost & found at each location. However, we cannot guarantee the return of any lost or stolen property.

Do You Have a Return Policy for Clothing & Accessories?

We accept returns on all clothing and accessories (only if the items are unused with original tags attached) within 7 days of purchase.

Do you offer referral incentives?

We offer various referral incentives throughout the year. They are announced in our weekly newsletters and on social media.
